Food Safety Solutions has been providing consultancy and training services to the food sector since 2005.  Their success stems from a strong academic background and fundamental understanding of the food business spanning across 20 years.


Director of Food Safety Solutions, Eileen Morgan, is a trained BRC Auditor (British Retail Consortium) and holds a First Class Honours MSc in Food Safety Management. Eileen gained first hand experience of the Irish manufacturing industry while working in Quality Positions in Chivers (Premier Foods) and Green Isle Foods, and the retail sector while working in Superquinn, as their Food Safety Training Manager and Supplier/Shop Auditor. As a result, Eileen has extensive experience and knowledge of the requirements that must be met by food manufacturers, in order to supply the Irish and UK retail and food service sector.


FSS is aware of the challenges faced by Food Companies to-day and takes a logical approach to food safety systems. Food Safety Management plans are developed along with key management, with an emphasis on ensuring that systems not only control the necessary hazards, but are easy for management and staff to follow.
